Since 1986 guests have been given a warm welcome in our home which is located in a beautiful area of West Sussex.

We only take one guest, couple or family group at a time so the guest or group have the sole use of a suite of rooms for their stay including living room with flat screen TV, breakfast room, study with broadband enabled PC, spacious shower room for sole use as well as a comfortable double-bedded bedroom. A high-quality sofa bed in the living room can provide extra sleeping accommodation. Free WiFi is available for guests' laptops and smartphones. Guests have access to tea and coffee making facilities in the beakfast room at all times.

During the week we welcome mainly business guests. We offer secure parking and early breakfasts  in order to help keep business moving. Standard check-out time is 1000 hours.

Standard check-in time is after 1600 hours and before 1900 hours. If you require an earlier or later check-in time please discuss this with us when enquiring about availability.

At the weekend there is a change of pace:  early check-ins are available to enable guests to change for afternoon weddings and family functions and late breakfasts offer a leisurely start the following morning.

All our guests comment on the peaceful surroundings here, yet we are only 5 minutes drive from the A24 which provides onward access to the M23, M25 and the M27.
