Since 1986 guests have been given a warm welcome in our home which is located in a beautiful area of West Sussex.

Over the years we have welcomed many guests including accountants, actors, architects, artists, art gallery owners, CEO's, civil servants, educationalists, engineers, footballers, healthcare professionals, IT consultants, members of the English, French and German police forces, musicians and students of English of all ages. The countries from which our guests have come are as diverse as their occupations. Some have come here on holiday and others on business.

In our 24 years of experience we have catered for a wide range of requirements. We also have a self-catering holiday cottage on site click here for the website. This is only available on a weekly basis.

All our guests comment on the peaceful surroundings here, yet we are only 5 minutes drive from the A24 which provides onward access to the M23, M25 and the M27.

Walkers and cyclists are particularly welcome. We provide secure bicycle storage and clothes washing and drying facilities. Packed breakfasts and lunches can be supplied. A bridlepath through the grounds of our house gives access to unspoilt countryside and we are close to the Downs Link long distance cycle and footpath.
