Since 1986 guests have been given a warm welcome in our home which is located in a beautiful area of West Sussex.

During the week we welcome mainly business guests. We offer free wifi, secure parking and early breakfasts  in order to help keep business moving. Standard check-out time is 1000 hours.

Standard check-in time is after 1600 hours and before 1900 hours. If you require an earlier or later check-in time please discuss this with us when enquiring about availability.

At the weekend there is a change of pace:  early check-ins are available to enable guests to change for afternoon weddings and family functions and late breakfasts offer a leisurely start the following morning.

All our guests comment on the peaceful surroundings here, yet we are only 5 minutes drive from the A24 which provides onward access to the M23, M25 and the M27.
